Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love Forever Art. If it is not right for your family, here is exactly how returns work.

Cancelling before your order ships

Forever Art orders placed now ship at the end of August 2026. You can cancel any order free of charge at any time before it ships, for a full refund of everything you paid, including shipping. Just email us at hello@foreverartkids.com with your order number.

Returns after delivery

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

  • The item must be in its original condition and original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
  • We refund the full price of the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • You pay for return shipping. We will send you the return address once your return is approved.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered

We cover everything. You do not pay return shipping, and you do not pay a restocking fee.

  • Email hello@foreverartkids.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
  • We will send a prepaid return label and then either replace the unit free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.
  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives so we can put things right quickly.

How to start a return

Email hello@foreverartkids.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days. Please do not send an item back before your return is approved — unapproved returns cannot be refunded.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that are damaged from misuse, or are missing parts, the original packaging, or accessories.
  • Digital credits and credit subscriptions once they have been used. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it under the terms above and place a new order once the return is approved.
