When your order ships

Forever Art orders placed today ship at the end of August 2026. We are a small company producing in batches, and we will email you with tracking as soon as your unit is on its way.

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, including shipping. Just email hello@foreverartkids.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost and delivery time

• Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and the carrier you choose (USPS, UPS or FedEx). You see the exact cost before you pay.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the service selected.
• You will receive a tracking number by email the day your order leaves us.

If your order arrives damaged

Email hello@foreverartkids.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We pay the return shipping and replace or refund it — your choice. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have your parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
