Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of foreverartkids.com and any purchase you make from Forever Art LLC ("Forever Art", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. Forever Art is a product for children, but the purchase is made by an adult.

2. Orders and shipping dates

Orders placed today are produced in a batch and ship at the end of August 2026. We will email you tracking as soon as your unit is dispatched. Production dates are our best estimate; if a date moves materially, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is mispriced or unavailable). If we do, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Shipping is calculated live at checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships, for a full refund including shipping. After delivery, returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund it.

5. Credits, AI features and subscriptions

Some Forever Art features (such as turning a drawing into a cartoon or a video) use credits. Credits are consumed when a feature is used and are non-refundable once used. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credit subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.

AI-generated results vary and are provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular artistic outcome.

6. Your child’s artwork and photos

The artwork and photos you capture are yours. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not sell them. We process them only to provide the service you asked for (for example, to display an image on your frame, or to generate a cartoon you requested). If you choose to share content publicly or send it to us for marketing use, you give us permission to use that specific content; otherwise we do not.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Forever Art to upload or generate content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Art LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and the version in force is the one published when you placed your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
